T.R. Ericsson, born in 1972, is a contemporary artist who creates haunting images through eleborate silkscreen and photographic processes. Since 2002, he has showed his solo exhibitions throughout the United States and participated in many group exhibitions in the US, England, Nova Scotia. Mexico and Canada. Ericcson has been featured in numerous press and museum articles as well as a monograph, TR Ericsson: Crackle 7 Drag by The Cleveland Museum of Art and Yale University Press in 2015. He has self-published five books entitled, Crackle 7 Drag zines, Gabriel, Forestay, Étant donnés 2°, and Adderall. His work is in the collections of the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Indianapolis Museum of Art, among others.
He currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY and Painesville, OH.
